About
Over the past 12 years, I’ve built and scaled organisations from the ground up, growing teams to more than 70 people. Through that experience, I discovered what it actually takes to build a business that can grow without becoming dependent on its founder.
I started Resilient Edge after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: capable founders building successful businesses that ultimately rely too heavily on them. As the business grows, every important decision, client issue, and operational challenge continues to flow back to the founder, creating a ceiling on both growth and freedom.
I know this challenge firsthand because I experienced it myself.
Today, I work with consulting founders to remove bottlenecks, strengthen their teams, and build the systems, structure, and leadership capacity required to scale sustainably. The goal isn't simply to grow revenue. It's to build a business that becomes stronger, more capable, and less dependent on the founder over time.
My approach is practical and hands-on. No theory. No generic frameworks. Just proven methods, systems, and tools that work in the real world.
If growth is starting to feel heavier than it should, or if too much of the business still relies on you, it may be time to build a more resilient way forward.
Because the ultimate goal isn't just a better run business. It's creating a business that can grow without requiring your constant involvement for everything.
